MAXI is ideal for children aged 3 to 10 years old. Conversations and content are adapted based on the child’s age, ensuring engaging and age-appropriate interactions.

The more a child interacts with MAXI, the more it learns about their interests and communication style. MAXI evolves to become a more personalized friend over time.

MAXI can be used anywhere there is WiFi – at home, in the car, on a plane, or during family trips. MAXI is designed to be a companion that’s always ready to chat, play, and learn.

Yes, parents can set specific topics of interest through the Parent App. They can also monitor conversations and intervene when needed, ensuring that MAXI aligns with family values and learning goals.

MAXI is designed with child safety in mind, incorporating advanced monitoring and content screening features to ensure safe and appropriate conversations. While we strive to maintain the highest standards of content moderation, as with any AI-powered product, occasional unexpected responses may occur. Parents are encouraged to regularly monitor conversations through the Parent App and provide feedback to help us continuously improve MAXI’s interactions.

MAXI collects minimal data to provide personalized conversations. All data is securely stored and accessible to parents through the app. We do not share data with third parties.

The Parent App is your control center for MAXI. It allows you to:

• Set up your child’s profile (name, age) to tailor conversations to their developmental stage.
• Select topics of interest, such as Math Guru, History Lover, Science Master, Word Wizard, or Nanny (for children under 4).
• Review conversation history to stay informed about what your child is discussing with MAXI.
• Provide feedback to help MAXI evolve and improve future interactions.

You can update your child’s profile through the Parent App, including their name, age, and topics of interest.

Yes, storytelling and music features are in development and will be available. 

MAXI requires a stable WiFi connection to engage in conversations and access content updates. However, it's features to tell stories and play music, will be available without WiFi.

Currently, MAXI communicates in English. Although it will not be officially supported, MAXI can understand and speak other languages such as French, Spanish and Japanese. We are exploring options to include additional languages in the future.

Through the Parent App, you can set up multiple children's profiles. However, to avoid the confusions on the topics to be discussed and to maintain clean conversation history, we recommend that each child receives a unique MAXI to interact with.
