Safety & Privacy Policy
At Axartoys.ai (“we”, “our”, or “us”), your trust means everything to us. We are parents, builders, and creators who believe that technology should protect and empower - especially when children are involved.

🧠 Our Approach to Safety (For AI Products)
Maxi, our AI-powered toy, is currently in development. While the full version is not yet live, our safety standards are already in motion:
- We design our AI characters for children aged 3 -10, using friendly, educational, and filtered language.
- Our prompts and conversations are screen-free, short, and intentionally crafted to encourage safe learning.
- We are actively testing safeguards to block inappropriate prompts and responses, with help from expert advisors.
- We are building a Parent App that will allow guardians to view conversation logs and set additional filters.
🔐 How We Use Your Information
We use your data only to:
- Send occasional product updates and early previews
- Share news about our Kickstarter campaign
- Notify you of launch timelines and community opportunities
🤝 We Don’t Share or Sell Your Data
